Somnath is an Attorney registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa having rich experience in dealing in transactional advisory role advising real estate developers, individuals and societies on matters relating to land acquisition, society redevelopment, MAHARERA compliance amongst others. He further also deals with drafting necessary instruments and conducting due diligence and appearing before various courts and tribunals in Mumbai conducting trials in defending clients with corruption, narcotic, penal charges and commercial civil litigation. Further, Somnath has also advised domestic and international companies/startups on matters related to trademark registration, data privacy assessments and cybersecurity compliance as per respective jurisdiction.
